Last post of the Smokies

Just had to squeeze in some more pics of the Smokies.  We decided to walk the 3 mile route that cuts across Cade's Cove early Wednesday.  It was so fun.  You see on Saturdays (I think) & Wednesdays they close the Cade's Cove so only those walking, running, or biking can enter until 10am.  We didn't do this last time, but I highly recommend it.  It is not a strenuous walk, but very beautiful scenes of the mountains.  Hey, if all in your family ride bike even better - there is the whole way which is 11 miles, and there is another cut through, not sure how long that is, but either way- well worth it!  Had to show our pic of the North Carolina / Tennessee border, as well as our picture next to the Sign :)  I don't know what Joanna is saying in the pic with the car seat, but I am sure it is really important.  Something like....get me out of this seat and hug me already :)  Again our picnics everyday were loads of fun.  One of the best things we do.  Eating outdoors in God's creation!!!

So there you have it.  Well.....almost.  We still have a whole mass of pics from when we got to stay with the Johnson's.....coming soon.  Tonight we have more Bloggy friends coming - you should really hear Elizabeth say bloggy friends- too cute!  And I promise to blog more about all that and homeschooling- soon :)  he he he
